These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our merchant statement analysis software-as-a-service and related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, uploading data, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization (if applicable) to use the Services.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Use of Services
Our Services use AI-powered technology to analyze merchant processing statements, identify overcharges, generate competitive benchmarking reports, calculate ROI projections, and create professional sales proposals. You are solely responsible for decisions made using these insights. The Services do not constitute financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice.
Prohibited Uses:
- No unlawful, infringing, or abusive use.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or circumventing security measures.
- No misrepresentation of outputs or creating deceptive proposals.
- No uploading merchant statements without proper authorization from the merchant.
- No sharing analysis results with unauthorized third parties.
- No using competitive intelligence for illegal market manipulation.
4. Subscriptions, Fees & Taxes
Fees and plan limits are described on our site or order forms and may be updated prospectively with 30 days' notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes. We may suspend or limit the Services for unpaid fees.
Billing & Auto-Renewal:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.
- Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before trial expiration.
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Refunds: Fees are generally non‑refundable except as required by law. We may provide prorated refunds for annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of initial purchase.
5. Data & Privacy
Our explains how we collect and process personal data. By using the Services, you consent to that processing. You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to upload merchant statements and related data.
6. Customer Content & License
As between you and Company, you retain ownership of data you upload ("Customer Content"). You grant Company a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Services, and to generate de‑identified or aggregated analytics that do not identify you or your merchants.
Data Processing Agreement: You warrant that: (a) you have obtained all necessary rights, consents, and authorizations from merchants to upload and process their statements; (b) the uploaded data does not violate any third-party rights; and (c) you will comply with all applicable data protection laws regarding the merchant data you provide.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANALYSES OR COMPARISONS ARE ERROR‑FREE OR WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS OUTCOME.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, COVER, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

- Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 2 years after account closure for legal and business purposes.
- Uploaded Statements: Deleted within 30 days of account deletion, unless you specifically request longer retention for ongoing analysis.
- Generated Reports: Retained for 1 year after generation to allow re-download and reference.
- Usage Logs: Retained for 6 months for security and system optimization purposes.
You may request deletion of your data at any time; we will fulfill such requests in accordance with applicable law and our legitimate business needs.
6. Your Rights

7. International Transfers
